I didn't review those plans, nor would I expect to, those operational matters for the chief executive.
My expectation of my chief executives is that they ensure their staff are competent, focused on delivering outcomes for New Zealanders, effective, doing things without excessive resources, and that they're adhering to their legal obligations.
