It does need repairs and upgrading.
That is an essential piece of maintenance spending if we want to continue having a rail network.
And rail does play an important role in terms of freight, but also for commuters in our urban areas.
And so that's one of those investments that you just have to do if you want to be a country whose infrastructure works well.
