So he's coming back.

I mean, that decision, I think, has been made in the UAE that they're satisfied with what the Irish state has shown them.

And while he'll get his hearing, he's coming back.

He may, you know... I think in Dubai, another part of the law is that

Yeah, look, it's a slightly different case, actually, because he was effectively deported from Dubai, but he wasn't sent back to Spain.

He was sent to Bali.

They basically said, pick a country, we're kicking you out.

Because there was no warrant issued for him at that point.

Well, there was no warrant that had gone through Dubai for them to extradite him directly to Spain.

There was a warrant, obviously, for him in Spain.

So they kicked him out to Bali and the Spanish government contacted Bali and said there's a warrant out for him and Bali extradited him.

He's currently actually in the Netherlands.

He was extradited to the EU and he's in the Netherlands awaiting extradition again to Spain.

So it's slightly different in that the Scottish authorities didn't go to the Dubai officials and say extradite him to us

It was involved in that first round of arrests, not that first round of deportations.

So I think Daniel Kinnan, as you said, he's had businesses over there, he's had property, he's had kids in school, all of that sort of stuff.

I would think Daze is probably a bit optimistic, but I don't think, we're not going to be sitting here in a year's time saying, when is Daniel Killian going to be extradited?

I think he'll be gone forever.
