a lot quicker than Sean McGovern was.
Yeah, and I think that it's inevitable he's coming back.
I mean, it's interesting, the geopolitical aspect of it, because, of course, we've spoken many times about the connections the Kinahan cartel have to Iran and to Hezbollah.
And obviously, a lot of that information, I think, comes from the American government themselves, and they're well aware of that.
Of course, that can't have helped Kenan because obviously the Iranians are currently bombing the UAE.
But I think this is far more likely than that.
It's just the end point of a very long diplomatic war.
Operation by the Irish government.
Yes, so his charges are these complex anti-gangland law charges.
But his, you know, to summarise them would be that he facilitated this attempt on the life of James Magogateley and he, as the leader of a criminal gang, facilitated the murder of Noel Ducay-Crearwen.
So very serious charges.
But, you know, we know...
Sean McGovern was charged, didn't give a plea, had a couple of hearings, got this big chunky book of evidence and folded like a pack of cards, really.
So what is in that file?
Of course, we don't know, but we know that it inevitably relates to digital communication.
It is way better than life, right?
I totally get, you totally get you, right?
But there's nobody is suggesting that Sean McGovern ever...
carried a gun ever you know fired a shot in either of these cases or came close to anything like that so he's got this book of evidence right they're not going to put him at the scene of any of these but he has looked at that book of evidence and said I'm not taking my chances on a potential life sentence and I'm going to plead guilty quickly because that will give me a little bit of leeway because I'm going to be found guilty of something and
he's looked at that book of evidence and it's presumably all to do with these encrypted communications because that was his that was how he was operating he was directing things through these phones and we know
