Yes, this is my favorite thing to do.

So when I was writing executive property for the financial review, I was writing five or 10 top end listings, sort of, you know, 26 million ridiculous, ridiculous palatial properties.

And I thought how fun it would be to have five under five.

And this is part of my obsession with scrolling property websites and seeing what's out there.

And there are some amazing finds under $500,000.

So if it fits with your lifestyle, if it fits with your long-term vision for what you want your property portfolio to look like, look at properties that are under $500,000 and see what kind of opportunities are out there.

Incredible.

It actually takes me a long time because I like to find ones that have amazing pictures.

Some of them are obviously run down, but they've still got some sort of charm.

I mean, regional cities are amazing.

You can still get a beautiful heritage home for less than $500,000 and

I don't know how long that's going to last.

So I know we talked about not rushing, but I'm pretty keen to get hold of something regionally maybe.
