So when I was living with my mum and dad, I had a lot of time to do my property research.
It was either do my property research or throw myself off a cliff.
So it worked out really well for me that I had the time to sit down and talk to a lot of people as well.
I think when we talk about getting financial advice, something that we always forget is if you know someone who's entered the property market, on some level they are an expert.
Talk to as many people as you can.

Talk to your parents.
Talk to your friends.
Talk to your boss.
Find out what they did.
