Well, it's funny to connect this even back to anger.
I noticed that I struggle to listen to high, what sounds to me aggressive, angry music.
Maybe I should practice more as we're having this conversation.
conversation because it's like it's scary to me I'm like I and again if those of you like that music great you have a you're in touch with your anger correct um I am not if music is too loud and too aggressive feeling in my body I'm like oh I'd rather the more melodramatic sad or just like calming chilled um and also Nicole where is your happy place
Where's my nature?
Nature has always been growing up in a city.
Anytime I was in nature, I always was able to notice that slight contrast where, yes, my thoughts were still racing.
I was still an anxious mess, but felt a little more grounded.
Thankfully, now I live very much in a beautiful, natural setting near a lake.
And I spend a lot of time just being in nature.
And it's just my happy place.
We have a lot of personal resonance too, which I think is really, it's really special.
