Just the other day, I spilled a cup of coffee, okay, and the smash on
the floor.
That would have really annoyed me.
That would have between everything I had to do with the kid and the business and the z I that would have really pissed me off.
I don't suffer anymore.
Right?
Because a limiting belief is a belief that decreases motivation and increases your suffering.
A liberating belief is a belief that increases your motivation and decreases your suffering.
So I was on a webinar recently with some of my blog subscribers that have read my previous books, and one of them typed into the comments something I thought was interesting, and she said, Do you find this book
has made you happier.
You look happier.
I was like, I don't I don't think I'm happier.
It's just that I don't suffer as much.
Right?
That I think I have greater control over what used to control me.
My suffering used to control me.
Versus now I can say, why am I choosing to suffer?
Like why is that serving me right now?
Right.
And that that changed everything.
