Maybe it's a goal that you've had, your New Year's resolution that keeps coming back up year after year, that relationship that's causing friction, the place where you're not fully yourself frustrating you.
Maybe it's the thing that you've wanted to do for years but is not getting done.
Is there anything like that that that comes to mind?
For me, one of the things that really changed my life was how I reassess the beliefs in my relationships and specifically the relationship with my mom.
So I always believed my mom was very judgmental and very hard to please.
