How do I feel?

I'm short-tempered.

I'm kind of this 13-year-old version of myself that I don't really like.

Okay, now the fourth question.

Who would I be without that belief?

If I had a magic wand and poof, that belief just totally dissolved,

How would I feel?

Just imagining it, I all of a sudden felt lighter.

I felt better.

I felt more like the person I wanted to become.

So in just four questions, I realized that the thing that I thought was a fact was just a belief, that holding onto it made me suffer, and that letting it go, I felt a lot better, right?

So now comes the turnaround.
