And so how do we do this?
So there's a whole methodology to how we do this.
It starts with
asking yourself where you're stuck.
Like being honest with yourself, where is there suffering, annoyance, discontent?
Where's that area of your life
that you know you could do better in some way.
Like you shouldn't have to suffer through anything.
Like I used to kind of think like, oh, it's all about self-discipline and grit and it doesn't have to be that way.
You don't have to suffer through these things.
And in fact, the most successful people out there, they do these things that everybody else thinks is painful and yet it doesn't hurt them the way it does the rest of the people who quit.
It's something that motivates you, like you were saying.
Like it motivates me to do this hard work.
That's actually the secret is finding out where are you suffering and then asking yourself why.
Where is that suffering and why do I feel it?
And then you've got a lot more.
And then that's where the beginning of this process that it's called inquiry-based stress reduction.
And I can walk you through how to do it actually where we do what's called a turnaround to move our limiting beliefs to liberating ones.
and where i've got to in my career and various different things so i'm very interested at this point of like okay you've identified where do i feel like i'm suffering in my life yeah where do you go from there wow okay should we start let's start okay so we can do this a couple ways i can tell you an example of how i've done this in my own life because sometimes if you know if you talk about the studies and the science people's eyes kind of glaze over after a while so i can just illustrate i can i can share with you what what most changed in my life having having
really gotten deep into the science of this.
