I went to work in different spa.
But what I found out is missing.
missing the warmth, the culture, the journey, the experience.
And I would like to bring the little piece of Thailand to the community where I work in Vancouver.
I said, I want to build a spa that offers the warmth, that you feel like you're coming home,
Like visit family and friends, the high hospitality, good quality service.
And then the first step that you're coming in, I want to feel like a journey.
I want to transport you to Thailand without getting on airplane.
I think, okay, the first step, they just transport to Thailand.
After that, okay, we need to get five senses to take care of the sight, the sound, the touch.

And I said, okay, I have my own.
We have custom music.
We build it up for ourselves.
I want the music to bring them in somewhere else.
As soon as you step in, the music just brings you down.
The calm, the flow with the music, it follows with the heartbeat.
