Yeah, a little bit of both I'd say.
Um I I I I think I d I've tried not to put a cap on where I'm gonna be and and tried to enjoy myself playing over the past sort of after junior.
Um and I felt like I did that in in university and then this these past couple of years.
And uh I feel like being here now, um
speaks to that I guess and and and speaks to me just just continuing to play and not really worrying too much about about where and when and how and just
it.
Yeah, yeah.
I was given lots of opportunity and um I'm grateful for that and it was great to get more minutes and and and and play where you're touching the puck a lot and you're and you're and you're just getting a lot of reps.
So that was um
Obviously a blessing and um
I'm I'm I'm happy for
Yeah, well I had an extended off season which was rare.
So I had a lot of time to push myself.
Um I w I did a lot of field work and a lot of um sprinting but also um
I I worked on some stuff that David Pelche, a skating coach here, had taught me a couple of years ago and and um
just certain skating techniques.
I won't take you through 'em all.
But uh I had a lot of time to hone those skills in and I would work on them every day through through five or six months.
So I just think that was that might a might have helped me get a little edge on myself.
