You never know what the outcome was gonna be and how long. Obviously you don't want to miss them for any time, but uh you think about what it could have been, um, yeah, I guess we're lucky to it's as short as it is.
And uh Knoblock out of this perspective on the potential fallout of not having Connor McDavid in the late lineup.
Well absolutely there's challenges of not having the best player. Um, you know, a point producer and um you know somebody who gets you know one and a half, two points a game, uh that'll make uh an impact on our team. Uh I think this is a great opportunity for everyone to step up and play. Um just as a player it's often hard to get into a rhythm of flow for those players. Um now when you're missing somebody who's playing and you know, you have about twenty-two minutes a night, there's a lot more rhythm flow for those. Third, fourth line guys and uh able for them to feel good about themselves and um feel part of the game.

Well it's very um a great story um for what he's gone through and coming back and you know through training camp, had a excellent camp, really impressed, uh right through all the practices and the games that he played. You know, for him to get the call up and the opportunity to play.
