I rediscovered the joy of living.

And I rediscovered the gratitude in my heart for life.

And that keeps me going.

And just a life without alcohol is not the end of life, as we might be inclined to be led to believe in Ireland.

We can live and live gloriously.

You know, I'm sometimes the last person out of a little family gathering in a house because I'm more in control of where I am and what I'm doing.

Yeah, and I would be one of those that would say to anybody listening, there are many who are listening who probably have a slight fear that they are at a stage where they're drinking that little bit too much.

And you know what?

Now's the time to really do something about that because nobody, and I mean nobody, would wish to arrive at a situation that I was in, which is days of darkness without hope, without sort of a path forward and just hope.

a life that is beyond descriptions in terms of sheer misery.

And if you, I mean, we all know ourselves.

We all know that if you're waking up several days of the week with a mild hangover or a heavy hangover, it's time to just maybe have a little review.

And, you know, set yourself little targets.
