And the word I'm going to say to all of you listening is...
You will get a little drunk on the enjoyment, on the visual side of those lovely drinks and put them in a prominent place on your buffet when you're having people around or on the barbecue area.
Don't just have the high alcohol content drinks, the bottles of gin and all that.
And what you say is absolutely true.
People, and I don't want, as I said at the beginning, to sound like a commercially uncle and the person who's preaching.
You know, when I entertain at home, I will have the best red wine, the best white wine, the best...
zero alcohol white wine that I can find the best zero alcohol red wine I can find I will give people the choice but I will also emphasise that somewhat and I will certainly and here's a message for all of us
and particularly for recovering alcoholics or people who are on the early stages of a sobriety journey.
If I say I do not want to have a drink, that I would prefer a soft drink, cut the nonsense of forcing me.
I go on, you know, Mrs. Doyle and Father Ted and the cup of cha.
Don't force me.
Don't keep...
Because there are some people who will eventually give in and say, oh, yeah, you're right.
One will do me no harm.
You know, just accept that's Noel.
He no longer drinks alcohol.
He's great crack.
And don't assume that just because I'm a recovering alcoholic that I'm no longer the fun person.
I rediscovered the person I am.
