Coming up, last week a Missouri judge declined to put two measures on the November ballot, even though they got hundreds of thousands of petition signatures.

But first, some headlines.
Kansas City told residents of a troubled apartment complex in the North Indian Mound neighborhood to vacate Friday morning.
Tenants of the North Lawn property say they had no prior warning.
A spokeswoman for the city says property owner Sean Johnson is responsible for warning residents, and parts of the building had to be vacated to do electrical repairs.
The city stepped in after the building's previous landlord refused to make repairs for years, despite mold, a lack of heat, and other serious issues.
Tenant organizers say the city initially promised that no one would have to leave their homes during repairs.
The property owner and manager did not immediately respond.
