And first, I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister.
That's just such a monumental, like foundational loss.
And I also know that those are the experiences that do rearrange us.
They rearrange us internally.
They rearrange our priorities.
And, you know, it sounds like you're really paying attention.
You're paying attention to your relationships.
You're paying attention to, you know, your relationship to yourself, your chronic migraine, your health.
How did the move itself affect your chronic migraine?
It's rough even if you don't have chronic migraine.
I love that age.
I love hearing all these updates.
The last time that we spoke, advocacy was a huge priority for you, especially when it came to raising awareness about Black men and how they are affected by chronic migraine.
Tell us where you are on that part of your journey.
Yeah, that's really powerful.
I think that it sounds like you are focused on impact and true engagement more than the attention economy, which is, you know, that's a big thing to learn.
And I do think it ties in with the rearranging of all of your priorities and all of your life.
And I think at one point you had talked about stress and taking on so much when you are trying to make a difference.
It's hard not to feel like you shouldn't be everywhere all the time.
I think you mentioned that doing too much, you know, saying yes to everything can also like trigger stress, which can also trigger migraine attacks.
