But seventeen thousand people on a trial where they were trying a single dose of the vaccine.

they reckoned it wasn't strong enough so they had to give a second dose and some of the people in that trial and that seventeen thousand got the dose twelve weeks apart.

And when you looked at that twelve week group

On average they actually got eighty two percent effectiveness at preventing COVID nineteen symptoms.

Um and the range was up to ninety one percent.

So it's not as effective.

Um, you know, as a correction of you said it's not as effective as the Pfizer vaccine according to the published data.

But it's still, you know, close, for example, to the Novavax vaccine, which was uh published at eighty nine percent.

That's good news, but it's not

It's not as good as the Pfizer vaccine.

Nobody knows the answer to that question.

The British are doing a trial of mixing the vaccine types to see what effect that that has had.

In theory, it should be okay.
