Once a month, I go to Beverly Hot Springs and I do a hero dose of shrooms and I sit in the hot tub.

Right?

I sit in the hot tub and I just like think.

And I'm able to just like think about shit and connect dots and I'm like, awesome.

And then one day I heard some dude doing some breath exercises in the cold plunge.

And I'm like, cold plunge.

No way.

I that's not I'm in the hot tub.

I'm enjoying.

Comfort.

And then my burn the shrooms were like, no, no, no, you're next.

Like, get into the cold plunge.

And so that was like my first initiation into like physical discomfort.

But then I got to the point where I was like, huh, I wonder if I can do this for three minutes.

And so I will get into a cold plunge, submerge myself to the neck.

And in that, the entire time, what I'm thinking about is that this.

Discomfort does not equal death.

This will not kill me.

Right.

And then I evolve to say, oh, well, what if I can find enjoyment in this discomfort?
