Yeah.

And the one thing with the contact improvisation too, is that it's such a great place to practice this in a reduced way.

Yes.

You know, it's like, it can be like,

it's so much it's so scary but even still in contact improvisation you have to deal with your own fears fears of rejection fears of violation fears of injury there's still so much to navigate that would stand in the way of the unknown being enjoyable so that's why practice is the word because you know you little bit at a time over time and then the capacity expands

I think that last thing would be, you know, we're talking about moving and we're talking about the body as a moving body and then the healing potential in manual therapy and virtual arts.

And I want to just say this last bit about which is actually in relationship to music and sound.

So we're talking and speeching ourselves, which is sound, and there's meaning connected.

But one of the things that I think has also happened culturally in this environment that I'm a part of in America is a lot of people have disconnected themselves from their own relationship to their voice.

And just like they've disconnected themselves with their relationship to their body and moving through space.

So I would actually say that these two are so intimately connected and woven together.

And I would just very strongly encourage that people, as they practice their moving, you know, whatever disciplines or experiments that they're interested in, that they also bring in their sound and their voice as a part of their humanness.

Well, I'm sort of a nomad right now, doing a lot of traveling around, teaching in different places.

So I actually go where people hire me to go.

And I teach in a lot of different festivals and different events.
