So I was introduced to capoeira in 1994, but I didn't really start training until 1997 at the time when I was training rolfing.

And the world of capoeira is an

African Brazilian ritual art that includes martial, musical, and playful aspects.

It is, you know, people like to call it a martial art, and I'm going to say that's okay.
