And you tell me a Fortune 500 company that has so many people in these important titles and these important rules for 30, 40, 50 years...
While the company, you know, goes down.

I would love a case study on that.
I would love to see that all these prominent positions in a Fortune 500 company filled by one person for 30, 40, 50 years.
Eventually, you got to change.
Eventually, you got to evolve.
Eventually, you got to go different ways.

If the Giants were drafting well and they were winning and they were not having as much coaching turnover, I wouldn't care if the VP of player personnel was John Mayer's nephew or John Mayer's mistress.
I don't want Harbaugh to lose that fire.
I know there's a hundred million reasons why he, he wouldn't like sign up for this job.
If you know, he will, I guess I'm with you in a sense of, I don't want him to lose that fire to real, to bring the real change that he deems necessary to put this team in position to win football games again and be a successful organization.
The contract being what it is, if he starts to get that pushback, I want that fire and a pushback to still be there, regardless if it's year one or year three.
I want him to be the captain of the ship throughout and not, like you said, fall into that...
