And why have they lost their trust?

Because they've moved to make this network more Trump friendly.

And so that's in that's seeped into the public perception of CBS news.

And you know, Trump is

Very unpopular.

People don't want a network that's going to be more sympathetic to Trump.

They want a network actually, probably, that's going to be more aggressively holding him accountable.

That's why they're turning to a lot of independent media outlets, because they don't think the mainstream media has done enough to really hold Donald Trump and his administration's feet to the fire.

And so Barry Weiss and David Ellison, the new owner of CBS News,

You know, for business reasons, I think they have

tilted the network and made it more friendly to the MAGA movement, more friendly to Donald Trump.

And viewers are rejecting that.

And yes, maybe putting in um Nora O'Donnell will act as a stabilizing force from a logistics standpoint.

She'll probably get some good interviews here and there.

But you're right, the larger issue is the trust that CBS News has lost with the audience as a result of how it's covered Donald Trump.
