I if I think back, I I left school quite early.
I left school at seventeen years old with the ambition to become a rock star.
Uh I know.
Um I I I I came out of I came out of uh music college, started working in recording studios, and after a short while realized that that life was not quite for me.
And somehow fell into real estate uh a little bit by accident, I guess.
And over the last few years I have been exploring the market, exploring the real estate market.

I would say about ten years in I had this moment where I've had a bit of imposter syndrome.
I realized that I was ten years into the commercial real estate industry, doing working with clients and other agents and other professionals throughout the industry that were
number one, a bit older than me, but also far more educated than me.
Most of them had gone through a BA or masters at em emrics and all that kind of stuff.
And had this moment of reflection where
I said to myself, I need to get educated.
So in twenty twenty one I um I did an MBA.
And the reason why I chose an MBA was because it was
An all-encompassing degree.
It's an all-encompassing business degree where you learn all sects of business.
They sort of say it's it's a mile wide, but only an inch deep.
So what was quite interesting was I got to learn about a multitude of different businesses, a multitude of different um frameworks for business, as opposed to doing a straightforward real estate degree.
And I think what I loved about that particular age of my life was I was in this cohort working sort of evenings and weekends, in this cohort of forty, fifty odd people from uh from the university.
