And going into it, I thought, well, I'm twenty-eight, that's a bit late to be doing a master's.
I was actually the youngest on the degree by some margin.
Yeah.
And most of the people there most of the people there were
Business owners, entrepreneurs, C-suite, et cetera, from across whether it's marketing, legal, tech, innovation, th there were so many different businesses present on that degree.
And I was the only real estate guy.
Um, so I sort of walked in there meeting all these different people from all these different businesses.
And the I don't you probably know this, but the the way you study an MBA is you you study through case studies.
You don't take conventional exams in the conventional way.
You go through case studies and you'll be set into a little group of six or seven people and your job is to figure out a business problem.
And we do tens of these.
And every time I'd be sat with a group of people who have come from all different parts of the economy, whether that's supply chain or marketing or tech.
And it was so fascinating to see how different people work.
And I think one of the one of the fundamental things I learned during that course, which was in particular during our real estate module.
There was one real estate module.
And I was I was so excited to do it.
I thought I'm gonna go in and I'm gonna know everything.
Definitely didn't.
But a thing I found fascinating was I understood a lot of the concepts.
The professors were talking about how to structure a lease, how to value an investment, all of those sorts of things.
