There's a price you can put on that convenience and in turn that does drive value.
It drives occupy retention, drives customer satisfaction.
And overall, I think it's a net benefit for the industry to have this option.
Now, a few people have been talking about managed throughout the marketplace and talking about how, you know, is managed taking over leasing or anything like that.
And I I don't for a second think it is.
And I I don't see these markets as competing.
I see it as
Every possibility has its place.
And there's absolutely a place for leased officers.
I don't like to call them traditional because it makes it sound kind of old school.
