Well, there's there's a lot and we're talking to a lot of them at the moment.

There was a validating moment after starting this business where we we sort of started it, doubled down on, you know, we really believe in managed workspace.
And within a short space of time, we've had quite a lot of people coming to us and saying, You're singing, you're singing off this we're we're singing off the same hymn sheet.
This is exactly what we're looking to do.
We're struggling to market it.
How do we market it?
How do we find the occupier?
That's the bit that everyone's struggling with.
And also how do we ensure that our managed product stacks up?
We're doing we're doing a bit of consultancy with a a f a pretty major landlord at the moment.
And um a big part of the initial consultation was realizing that what they were offering as a managed product wasn't enough.
And they were concerned saying that if we add more service to the product, it's gonna increase the price, the rental price that we're gonna have to go to market with.
And we don't wanna do that.
And what I said to the to the l to the to the landlord was
You have a point
On one hand, but on the other
Occupiers are w are willing to pay for an enhanced service.
So I'm about your service rental.
Exactly.
