Yes.
Sorry, can I just take a five year lease with a three year break and I wanna deal with everything myself?
Yes.
You want to be able to cater to anything that comes along, everything's pre-prepared.
And a big issue that comes at the moment is and I I feel really bad for managed service providers who are forced to do this.
But many l many agents and landlords and leasing campaigns will sort of appoint a managed service provider, or three.
to market their spaces.
Now managed service providers have sales teams.
I don't think they have these sales teams by choice.
I think they have them by necessity because agents don't necessarily wanna sell or sell that product that product because they'd rather sell rent rates than service charge.
So the MSPs create a sales team and that sales team is going towards some of the markets we market to.
Now, in effect, they're in competition with their own home team.
And in many instances, the MSP is appointed on the building via the agents that wanna, you know, go to that part of the market.
But maybe the MSP doesn't really know the landlord.
The landlord hasn't done the due diligence with them.
They haven't set up a contract or a framework.
And when the inevitable deal happens through the MSP, you have
