So, yeah, we could be talking somewhere in the 16 to 18 billion.

Things that bring consistency and clarity to the planning system, it's hard to argue that they're not good.
And things that allow planners to do their job.
so i would argue that this is this is a hell of a lot better than the the log cabins the beds and sheds things at the back garden because which removed it from there from the planning system so basically everyone is still going to have to make an application to their their planning department of their local authority and a professional will look at that application and will decide and they will maybe have better consistency they will maybe appreciate
having clearer guidance and what's allowed and what isn't but i do have an issue and i always think there's an issue when you're basing planning on the people who are going to occupy a structure rather than the structure itself so the house is there it's built it's possibly built because someone was able to say well i have a local need i have a job here and i have this or i have that
And they get their planning permission for their house.
The house is there forever.
