The people are not necessarily there forever.

So we have to be very careful on.

And you'd have to say there, as I say, there are professional planners who'd be making this decision.

So they will have a mind to that.

But that we're not building willy nilly on the basis of what is a temporary need.

And we're creating permanent structures.

That would be my concern.

I go to contradict myself slightly because I'd say when there's, say, something like a family farm and there's maybe an older person, which statistically is the case, a lot of farmers are in an ageing profile.

When there can be a house built right next to that farm, which means that people are going to be looking after their older relatives.

Which, you know, would have been the case in previous generations and would be the case in other European countries.

There's an advantage of that.

And then in the future, if that farm, you know, decades hence is sold on, it's largely going to be a similar sort of profile as in if the house is right next to the farm, it's going to be a family group then that's in that.

And that will prove useful.

And also 10 years is very short in reality in terms of the lifespan of a house.

Well, the two things, the VAT reduction, hospitality and the duties on the fuel, they're very linked, you'd have to say.

It's so remarkable to think, as Tony said, that when he was on the doors, that people were calling for a VAT reduction on hospitality.

That just, Tony, seems very, very surprising that that was on.

on the top of people's minds rather than the cost of living, how much they're paying in fuel.

And if you say so, I accept that.
