But now we've got two babies and I'm going back to the UK pregnant with our third.

So, of course, you know, I was having the discussion with EY that, you know, I can't, I'm not, we're not going to be able to sustain being so far away.

We can for now, but not for the long term.

So that was always the kind of, you know, the backdrops.

So, of course, my husband in that role, he was looking at different opportunities.

And it just so happened that nothing comes to someone randomly, I believe.

Things do randomly happen.

You're working behind the scenes.

So for years...

My husband had, you know, really scaled in his own career, you know, as an investment professional, you know, investment finance professional, then CFO for a region, then CFO and chief investment officer for a region, for a huge company, and then CEO for a country, whilst also making a number of investments for that country.

So he was very much formulating that kind of investment profile.

And actually, when we met, funnily, he had always said, and I knew this, that he wanted to, you know, his next position outside of, you know, the company, the corporate he was with, EDF, would probably be in private equity.

So then, you know, a number of years, he's interacting with a number of private equity firms, building relationships, and this opportunity came about.

Now, knowing that my husband has always wanted to, this is going to be probably the last landing position for him in terms of a role.

Knowing that it's actually the dream firm.

If you look at all the private equity firms, you know, they are, you know, they are, I mean, it's EQT, it's all, it's all public.

And they are, you know, one of the, you know, they always are in the top three.

So the top three private equity firms globally, also with a very, very good culture.

So knowing all of this to be true, he's in his, like, dream role with his dream firm.

You know, life and marriage and partnership is about compromise.
