And guess what?
I know my stuff.
And I think if you continue to do that, it's building muscle memory.
You get consistent with even that.
And that, you know, of course, you know, the people who just, you know, maybe float the hot air and just, you know, believe, you know, maybe something that's not going to happen, maybe because, you know, there's a disconnect in terms of you putting in the effort, you know, are you doing the actual, you know, are you doing everything that is needed to make sure that that mantra, that goal is coming true?
And I think once those two things can be true, not only do you believe in it, but you're also putting in the effort and the, you know, the real work behind the scenes when no one's watching to make that stuff come true.
Then it's a really good, perfect recipe for success.
Now, then you repeat that a few times in different, maybe in different contexts, right?
So you repeat that kind of success.
You repeat the, you know, the patterns.
And then you kind of start to really think, okay, maybe there is something here, the belief.
So I think for me, I saw what it meant to be resilient from, you know, part of my upbringing, for sure.
The stories I was told, witnessing it.
And then applying that to myself in my early, you know, in school, probably not from school, but definitely from work.
And then also learning that actually I get to define my, I can define my future, right?
I can define my future and it comes down to that resilience.
So one of the things that I definitely, you know, have, you know, pride in is my mindset, you know, in terms of,
Being able to, I guess, you know, get to a point very, you know, relatively quite quickly in terms of making partner in a large corporate organization, you know, and not necessarily letting the fact that I had joined earlier or I joined later, sorry, than other people who were, you know, who were around me and, you know, were not making it, you know, don't let that hold you back.
You know, don't let it hold me back that I was the only female, let alone the only ethnic minority.
