I've taken a number of risks.

I've taken a number of risks in my career.

I was pulled over to EY.

I was a competitor to EY when I was with Accenture.

And then I guess they, you know, they wanted me to join them.

So that was also a risk.

We joined in Ernest & Young, EY Parthenon at the time I did because I was about to transfer to Singapore with Accenture.

And I literally was on maternity leave when I resigned from Accenture.

So it would have been very comfortable to just go back

you know, be transferred with Accenture.

But no, I took a risk to go to a brand new country with a brand new company.

Right.

And do a regional role, you know, in a region I never worked in.

it's okay it's okay so yeah and i i also had a new well you know an eight-month-old baby you know i was a new mother so there were a lot of things going on at the same time and i tell you what i mean this was back in 21 november 21 since then every single year as a family you know we've done something bold and this was the latest bold move and just for the context right because then you'll see a bit more but my husband is also a big risk taker so we're very you know

You know, we look for risks, but we are, you know, we both luckily, fortunately have got, you know, got to a senior position in our respective careers.

And sometimes I do have to step back and, you know, because I know, I know to be a fly on the wall.

on certain conversations that we have, it is quite different, you know, how we strategize and how we plan and how we think about things and how we evaluate things and how we seek opportunities and how we constantly try to push each other forward.

And I remember being told we're both overachievers.

And it was the first time I'd heard someone call both of us that.

I think maybe actually the second time because it was a WhatsApp group and it was just the overachievers.
