I think you've nailed it on the head there from my point of view.

I mean, we had a bit of the chatter in our podcast chat as I'm sure everyone's had in all various middle chats in the last few days.

I mean, Joe, for myself, I personally would be trying to hold on, you know, with, you know, clenching onto him at the minute because I think there's kind of that incentive in my head where if he has another good season and say we somehow manage to tie him into contracts and have some sort of release clause in there.

Like that, I'm thinking 12 to 15 million.

But if he scores another 15 goals next season and he's got another two years left on his deal or three years left on his deal, we're looking at maybe 20 million these days, which is crazy in itself.

And it's crazy football's gone that way.

But how are you feeling about the idea of Fleming leaving?
