You know, Dan, it's kind of like...
The temptation for Fleming, I suppose.
I mean, we're guessing, obviously, we don't know.
There's no insight from our side or anything like that.
But if you've got a fitness company wanting you specifically, making bids for you, and also, you know, Burnley, the trajectory they're going, it's a hard one for Fleming, isn't it?
And, you know, he's loved by the club and I think he loves being here too.
But you kind of don't begrudge it for him a little bit, especially with the Premier League and the carrot of playing under company at Burnley, I feel like.
So just on that, Joe, I mean, I was going to ask you, because we spoke about this when we did the development show and after the game, and we said, this is what we want to do, produce talent, but also sign players and then reinvest the money when their value's here.
It's a hard one to put the value on them players, isn't it?
And how to determine when is the right time to let them go?
I think the club are in a good position as well, though.
I mean, I think, you know, I think what was interesting is when we signed Nisbet, I think even Aldo had a few words to say about it and saying how we believe it would be good for Gary's squad and, you know, like I said, it was a team effort and a club effort, which is obviously something they addressed when he came in initially after Harvey Bussell left.
It was like, right, Alex is now the director of football slash
transfers you know in that kind of sense so it is interesting kind of angle on that one and I guess with that you know steering back to Fleming I mean that like if he was to go you know I personally disagree I think the value is I think he is a bit higher but I get where you're coming from there
I mean, where would you start to begin to replace these players, Dan?
I mean, I'm not going to ask you for names, but do you trust the club to get it right if it was, you know, three or four other scene of lemmings like, you know, Gary said to Jodo at the end of the season last season?
I mean... I think you have the ability to throw him in also as a 10, though, because then you would open it up to having a more advanced midfielder, maybe in games where...
you know, hopefully more often than not, but where we expect to have more of the ball, you know, try to have more of an incentive in the games.
I think, I think as they still be eased into, I think this year, I think Rarit has kind of been off in a foot by saying he'll be starting more games, but I think he's, he's trying to ease him.
