And this is a perfect example of what that is and where he was breaking it down and he was explaining the techniques and he was teaching you things that would help you become more of a master of persuasion or more influential.
I do think like the way I would interpret what he was describing it is sort of more of a like a mastery level thing like it's not
i don't think very many people would study persuasion to get that level of talent i think most people probably would just sort of intuitively get there and even if they had practiced it to get there for years as a lot of people i think do with persuasion um
they wouldn't necessarily look back on it and say, Oh yeah, I studied that.
I honed that technique over.
Like most people would just say, no, I just, I don't know.
That's just the way I am or whatever.
And, but I think that's how mastery of a lot of things are like, you don't remember the, you know, the, all the times you fell off a bike, you know, later you're just like, I don't know.
I just know how to ride a bike and you don't think about it while you're doing it.
You just do it.
And, um,
I'm sure that's probably what happened with Trump in the moment was he wasn't like thinking, okay, here's the perfect time to inject my humor so that I can, you know, like do this super persuasion thing.
He was just reacting in the moment naturally, but it just happened to be like the perfect thing to say.
And, you know, it hit all these buttons that Scott just described.
And I think it's certainly possible to,
use what Scott just taught us and try and practice it and get better at it.
But I think if you were successful in that, you probably would look back on it and be like, you know, I'm, I just do those things.
Like I don't think about it in the moment and do, you know, do the thing that I just thought about.
It's more like you just have to react in the moment.
