And a good solicitor will work that through and say, Okay, so the first four hundred thousand is discounted and you're not part of that and then they'll work it all through.

Like you think the advice might be expensive, watch how expensive it is if you don't get the advice.
Do the Fair Deal will do a look back, I think it's seven years.
I'm gonna call it seven years, it might be five years, I'm 99% sure it's seven years, but they can look back at your transactions over the previous years and see was any of this done to try and take it out of the Fair Deal net?
And if they if they believe it was, so if you're just moving money around so that Fair Deal can't can't get their hands on it, well then if it was done ages ago, you should be okay.
But if if Fair Deal failed now, that was only done so we couldn't take a junk.
of it, well then it could be reversed.
Or it m it wouldn't necessarily be reversed that you'd have to move out and move back in again.
But they'll just treat it as if it didn't happen and hit you with the with the the higher rate of deductions on a year to year basis.
So you do have to be mindful of that too.
You know, if it's all gone a fee day and it was all done and the there was no
no expectation at that time you were going into fair deal or that you were going to need fair deal, then I think you've a good argument to place.
But really if you the way I look at this, these things are, if you're doing it to try and get away with something, you're whether it's tax or fair deal or whatever it is, if you're doing something to try and get away with it, you're usually caught.
But if you're doing it for genuine reasons and you weren't really thinking about that, you should be okay.
Absolutely not.
That's the beauty of it.
So oftentimes it's something we do in private practice all the time.
