So I'll start off with some share investing mistakes that I made.

I bought shares in Slater and Gordon.

This is a law firm.

It went from like $2, which is when I bought it, to like $7, at which point I bought some for my family.

And then it's now promptly back to like less than 50 cents.

So that sucked.

And I lost a lot of money from that.

That was my biggest in my family's money.

It was the biggest dollar value loss I've ever had.

And the reason it came undone was some weird accounting treatment I won't go into on this podcast.

Another one I bought was a company called Nusa.

And this company was that sounds too good to be true.

It definitely is.

This company wanted to put satellites into space.

And it wanted to sell the satellite bandwidth to telcos in the military in the Middle East and all that sort of stuff.
