That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up to us. The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is international matters, foreign affairs, if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.
Three U.S. citizens ages four, seven and two were not deported. Their mothers who are legally in this country were deported. The children went with their mothers. Those children are U.S. citizens. They can come back into the United States if there's their father or someone here who wants to assume them. But ultimately, who was deported was their mother, their mothers who were here illegally.
The children just went with their mothers.
Think about it. The message is, if I took a pardon... that what I did that day was OK. They were criminals. They broke the law. I broke the law. Pay the price.
Du hast letzte Woche gesagt, dass du die Epstein-File auf deinem Tisch hast. Wann können wir sie sehen und was dauert es so lange, sie zu veröffentlichen?
What kind? Are we going to see who was on the flights? Are we going to see any evidence from what he recorded? Because he had all of his homes wired with recording devices.
200.
So we have well over over 250, actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims are. Other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office.
What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information. But it's pretty sick what that man did.
I will bring my decades of experience as an attorney fighting for the rights of the defenseless to work every day. I will start every analysis with the Constitution. I will respect the words of statutes and the teachings of the courts, even if I disagree with them, though I will act within the law to challenge legal rulings I believe are wrong or statutes I believe are unconstitutional.
What I will never do is use the DOJ Civil Rights Division as a partisan tool to push a political agenda. The Department of Justice stands for justice for all Americans.
Attorney General Pam Bondi says the administration has given the state plenty of warning to align itself with Title IX.
We have exhausted every other remedy. We tried to get Maine to comply. We don't like standing up here and filing lawsuits. We want to get states to comply with us. That's what this is about.
She cited specific incidents, including a male athlete winning a girls pole vaulting state final and another dominating a women's 5K ski race. The lawsuit demands that Maine halt its current policies on transgender sports, and it also seeks to retroactively revoke federal funding tied to past noncompliance.
Bondi was joined on stage by Maine State Representative Laurel Libby, advocate Riley Gaines, and several other female athletes. All of them praised President Trump for bringing accountability back to the White House. The lawsuit follows Governor Janet Mills defying a federal order banning males from girls' sports, citing state law.
The noncompliance sparked widespread investigations into her state.
It's now in the possession of the FBI. Cash is going to get me and himself really a detailed report as to why all these documents and evidence had been withheld. And we're gonna go through it, go through it as fast as we can, but go through it very cautiously to protect all the victims of Epstein, cuz there are a lot of victims.
Attorney General Pam Bondi told a federal judge on Monday that revealing flight details tied to deportations would endanger national security. The move comes after federal Judge James Boasberg demanded more information on two recent flights to El Salvador. This comes after Boasberg blocked further deportation flights under the Alien Enemies Act, saying the migrants must first be granted hearings.
Bondi argues the court is overreaching and that national security concerns outweigh the need for disclosure. House Republicans, frustrated with the number of injunctions against Trump, plan to vote on the No Rogue Rulings Act next week. The bill aims to curb what Republicans call a judicial overreach that's stalling President Trump's second-term agenda. Here's Congressman Jim Jordan.
Daily Wire host Matt Walsh testified before the California State Assembly today to deliver what he calls a common sense message. Girls shouldn't have to compete with boys. Walsh spoke in favor of Assembly Bill 844, which requires participation in school sports and bathroom and locker used to be based on student sex, not gender identity.
The bill applies to public K-12 schools as well as public colleges. The current law allows students to play on teams and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil's records. Walsh told the Assembly Committee on Arts, Entertainment, Sports, and Tourism that this isn't complicated.
Jury selection began today in the retrial of Karen Reid after a hung jury derailed the case last year. Reid, a financial analyst and college professor, is accused of killing her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O'Keefe. Prosecutors say she hit O'Keefe with her SUV and left him to die in a snowdrift outside a house party.
Her defense says O'Keefe was actually killed by another Boston police officer at the party and subsequently dragged outside, and that Reed has been framed by a group of crooked cops. The sensational case began more than three years ago in January of 2022.

We'll be back tomorrow morning with another full edition of Morning Wire.
Federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, according to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi. Daily Wire reporter Amanda Prestigiacomo has the details.
If you're going to touch a Tesla, go to a dealership, do anything, you better watch out because we're coming after you.
Hey, Georgia. So the suit says that Maine is openly and defiantly flouting federal anti-discrimination law by allowing males and girls sports. It says that girls are being displaced from podiums. They're losing opportunities for advancement to regional and national competitions and missing out on critical visibility for college scholarships and recognition.
Bondi said at the press conference that Maine officials, specifically Democratic Governor Janet Mills, forced the DOJ's hand here.
Governor Mills famously got into a public spat with President Trump. Mills said she wouldn't stop allowing males in girls' sports and told Trump she'd see him in court. And that's exactly where this has ended up.
Well, first and foremost, they want Maine to comply with Title IX rules and keep female sports female. But Bondi also noted that the suit seeks to remedy past wrongs on this issue. The AG also made clear that there are other states in her sights for refusing to protect women's spaces. Here's Daily Wire reporter Mary Margaret Olihan in an exchange with Bondi.
After Bondi announced the suit, she invited some female athletes to speak, including Maine skier Cassidy Carlisle.
Yes, the governor put out a statement shortly after the suit was announced. She criticized the Trump administration for the, quote, unprecedented campaign to pressure the state of Maine to ignore the Constitution and abandon the rule of law. Mills also accused the administration of politically motivated investigations into Maine that had predetermined outcomes.
Senator, I'm here to answer your questions. I'm not here to do your homework and study for you.
Senator, first, I need to clarify something that you said, that I have to sit up here and say these things. No, I don't. I sit up here and speak the truth. I'm not going to sit up here and say anything that I need to say to get confirmed by this body. I don't have to say anything.
And it puts their lives on the line every single day.
They're giving a green light to any illegal alien in New York where law enforcement officers cannot check their identity if they pull them over. Law enforcement officers do not have access to their background. And if these great men and women pull over someone and don't have access to their background, they have no idea who they're dealing with.
Not only did we sue today the city of Chicago, we sued the state of Illinois, we sued the mayor, we sued the governor, and we sued others. And let me be very clear, if you don't comply with federal law, you're going to be next.
He is an illegal alien from El Salvador, and he will not be living in our country much longer. He's in custody this morning. One of the top leaders right here near our nation's capital. I just cannot thank Governor Youngkin enough for his leadership in this effort. This has been a joint effort with state and local agencies. FBI Director Patel, thank you so much.
If you're going to touch a Tesla, go to a dealership, do anything, you better watch out because we're coming after you. And if you're funding this, we're coming after you. We're going to find out who you are.
Violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers, human smugglers will no longer terrorize the American people. And that is why we are here today.
This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms, like the mom standing right behind me, who you're going to hear from in a moment. New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today.
If anyone leaks anything, people don't understand that jeopardizes the lives of our great men and women in law enforcement. And if you leaked it, we will find out who you are and we will come after you. And it's not going to stop our mission. It's not going to stop the president's mission to make America safe again.
We were very clear with the lawsuit that we filed in Chicago that if you don't follow the law, you will be prosecuted by the Department of Justice.
My overriding objective will be to return the Department of Justice to its core mission of keeping Americans safe and vigorously prosecuting criminals.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced in a press conference yesterday that a grand jury in Tennessee had charged Abrego Garcia of federal crimes. The indictment has one count of alien smuggling and one count of conspiracy to commit alien smuggling. She said that the grand jury found that over the past nine years, Abrego Garcia played a significant role in an alien smuggling ring.
The indictment alleges that he made over 100 trips transporting people without legal status between Texas and Maryland and other states. NPR has not independently confirmed the smuggling accusations.
Should I earn the trust and the nomination from all of the senators, I will do my best every day to work tirelessly. for the American people, and I will make you, the president in our country, proud.
I think some of these judges think they are beyond and above the law, and they are not. And we're sending a very strong message today. If you are harboring a fugitive, we don't care who you are. If you are helping hide one, if you are giving a TDA member guns, anyone who is illegally in this country, we will come after you and we will prosecute you.
He is hated.
We all did. And the FBI handed over a couple hundred pages of documents. But, you know, Sean, I gave them a deadline of Friday at 8 a.m. to get us everything. And a source had told me where the documents were being kept. Southern District of New York, shock. So we got them all by hopefully all of them Friday at 8 a.m. Thousands of pages of documents. I have the FBI going through them.
And cash is also now that we have cash here, it's a game changer, of course. And cash is going to Director Patel is going to get us a detailed report as to why the FBI withheld all of those documents.
Well, sure. And you're looking at these documents going, these aren't all the Epstein files. You know, there were flight logs, there were names and victims' names. And we're going, where's the rest of the stuff? And that's what the FBI had turned over to us. And so a source said, whoa, all this evidence is sitting in the Southern District of New York.
So based on that, I gave them the deadline, Friday at 8, a truckload of evidence arrived. It's now in the possession of the FBI. Cash is going to get me and himself, really, a detailed report as to why all these documents and evidence had been withheld.
And, you know, we're going to go through it, go through it as fast as we can, but go through it very cautiously to protect all the victims of Epstein because there are a lot of victims.
200.
Well over. Over 250 actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, Ich denke, morgen, du weißt, die persönliche Information der Gefangenen. Außer dem, denke ich, morgen, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office. Hopefully.
Okay, well, we'll look for that.
What's the ruling in the Supreme Court, Steve? Was it nine to nothing?
When people talk about the chaos or lack of strength, whatever, you just go back to day one. Look, I'm a very flexible person. I don't change my mind, but I'm flexible. And you have to be. You just can't have a wall and you'll only go. Sometimes you have to go around it, under it or above it.
Why don't you just say, isn't it wonderful that we're keeping criminals out of our country? Why can't you just say that?
If you want to talk about classified information, talk about what was at Hillary Clinton's home that she was trying to bleach bit. Talk about the classified documents in Joe Biden's garage that Hunter Biden had access to. Should the defense secretary and the vice... Wait, what country are you from? From the UK. Okay, we don't give a crap about your opinion and your reporting.
Why don't you go back to your country where you have a major migrant problem?
Sure. You're going to hear, all I'll say on January 6th, you're going to hear a lot more about the January 6th commission in a very good way. And as to Epstein, yes, you're absolutely right, Maria. You know, tens of thousands of pages of documents and hundreds and hundreds of victims of Jeffrey Epstein.
So the FBI, they have been working round the clock at my directive, at Kash Patel's directive, now Dan Bongino's there, who is a great asset for all of us at the FBI as well. But yeah, we have to protect their identity, their personal information to make sure they're safe.
But other than that, we are releasing all of these documents as soon as we can get them redacted to protect the victims of him, of all of these horrific crimes that he committed.
A source told me New York, SDNY, they're sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein. Thousands, thousands. And of course, you've seen the very strong letter. We will get everything. We will have it in our possession. We will redact it, of course. to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses. But the American people have a right to know.
And Donald Trump is the most transparent president in our nation's history. So not only will America get the full Epstein files, they will get JFK. They will get Martin Luther King.
First and foremost, he was illegally in our country. He had been illegally in our country. And in 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and he was illegally in our country.
And Will, he came in on an emergency basis on a Saturday with very, very short notice, if any, to our attorney to run in the courtroom. You know, and this has been a pattern with these liberal judges. You just spoke about that. It's been a pattern with what they've been doing. This judge had no right to do that. They're meddling in foreign affairs. They're meddling in our government.
And the question should be, why is a judge trying to protect terrorists who have invaded our country over American citizens?
I haven't seen Elon Musk tweet. He is a friend of mine. He is a great man. I think he's very frustrated with what's happening in our federal government. USAID alone, they're giving out billions of dollars, billions of dollars that should not be distributed. We're going to back him up. You know, we work our whole lives in this country, and we all pay taxes in this country.
And for people to find out that $2 million is going to Guatemala for sex changes is outrageous. And we're going to back up Elon Musk every way we can. That includes lawsuits against these people who are doing that. And we will be successful.
We have so many unelected judges who are trying to control government spending. And there is a clear separation of powers. You know, they're doing it to Elon Musk, who is a great man and a good friend at Doge. What they're doing to him is to our country is outrageous.
He's operating as a co-president. He was elected. by no one. Elon Musk is his co-president, fielding questions alongside him in the Oval Office. It was striking to see Musk standing, the attention of the room seemingly oriented around him.
I do. Jesse, there are well over, this will make you sick, 200 victims, 200. So we have, well over, over 250 actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims,
Other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office.
President, your first 100 days has far exceeded that of any other presidency in this country. Ever. Ever. Never seen anything like it. Thank you. Your DOJ agencies have seized More than 22 million fentanyl pills, 3,400 kilos of fentanyl since you've been your last hundred days, which say, are you ready for this media? 258 million lives. Are you ready for this media?
And we all work for the greatest president in the history of our country. We are so proud to work at the directive of Donald Trump. He will never stop fighting for us and we will never stop fighting for him.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Thank you very much, Mr. Chairman. Ms. Bondi, welcome. Congratulations on your nomination. I'm so glad that you've been nominated, as we discussed when we had the chance to meet. Thank you. It was a pleasure to work with you as a state attorney general for a number of years, and I'm delighted to see you here today before the committee. I look forward to your confirmation. You will be confirmed.
I, too, have taken note of the number of times you have been asked about weaponization of the Department of Justice as if it was a theoretical possibility that might happen in the future. One of my colleagues on the other side said weaponization may well occur under your tenure. We all know that weaponization has occurred like we've never seen before in American history under this administration.
And I want to get even more specific. In the last four years, this administration has carried out an unprecedented attack and campaign against people of faith. If you look at the numbers, we've never seen anything like it before in American history. It has been one of the most disgraceful chapters in the history of the Justice Department and in the history of the FBI.
And I hope that you will reverse this and do right by every American citizen, including especially people of faith. Let me give you some specifics. After the Dobbs case was decided by the Supreme Court, Over 100 pregnancy care centers and over 300 churches in this country were attacked, vandalized, firebombed.
Do you happen to know off the top of your head how many prosecutions Merrick Garland's Justice Department brought in those cases?
It's a stunning number. It's two. Hundreds of churches, hundreds of pregnancy care centers. And I might just add, these pregnancy care centers, the attacks on them, which were violent, which were gruesome, were egged on and encouraged by rhetoric from members of Congress, including members of this body, who have said that pregnancy care centers aren't real medicine, that they're not real doctors.
They have legitimized these attacks. And the same thing was true of churches. And this Justice Department couldn't lift a finger to defend these Americans, but at the same time...
They use legislation, a law known as the FACE Act, to prosecute at least 53 different pro-life demonstrators, including people like Mark Hawk from Pennsylvania, whom this Justice Department sent a SWAT team to his door in the early morning hours. He has, I think, seven children. In the early morning hours, an FBI SWAT team shows up at his door to take him into custody and prosecute him.
By the way, he was acquitted. This kind of outrageous, disparate treatment has to end. So here's my question to you. Will you protect churches and pregnancy care centers when they are targeted for violence, when they are targeted for intimidation, when their members or parishioners are threatened with violence or other acts of illegal behavior?
Will you stop the disparate treatment of Americans on the basis of religious faith?
Will you stop the deliberate persecution of pro-life Americans for nothing more than their pro-life beliefs?
Will you ensure that nothing like the Mark Houck case happens again, that Americans do not have SWAT teams arriving on their front doors with armed weapons to terrorize their children and their spouses? Only in the end, of course, to have the case lost because there was nothing to it.
Will you put an end to that kind of deliberate intimidation of the good American citizens on the basis of their religious beliefs?
I'm glad to hear you say that because we need it. We need it. Ms. Bondi, we need a new chapter at the Justice Department and we need it quickly. And I'm glad you're committed to it. Now, I also have heard you've been asked about your comment that you thought that in some cases we need to investigate the investigators, the ones who were bad.
You know, I have to say, I'm glad to hear you stand by that. We need to do that. You need to do that. And I'll give you another example. I'm sure you've read about this memo, which I now hold in my hands. This memo that was developed by the FBI field office in Richmond, Virginia, 23rd January, 2023, targeting Catholic parishes. for spying, for recruitment of infiltrators.
I mean, the memo goes on and on and on about the FBI's plans to put assets into Catholic parishes, into choirs. This is an unbelievable, unbelievable assault on Americans' First Amendment rights, and we only know of it because of a brave whistleblower. who came forward and released it to us.
And I will tell you, I have never been misled and lied to like I was by the current attorney general and the now former FBI director when they sat right where you're sitting now and told this committee, oh, we don't know anything about it. Oh, only one field office was involved. It was the single work of a single field office and a very few individuals. As it turns out, that's not true.
Multiple field offices were involved. Multiple individuals were involved. Under your leadership, will you put a stop to the use of FBI or Department of Justice resources to try and recruit informants and spies into Christian churches or any church or house of worship in this country on the basis of nothing more than faith?
Let me just say this. To our knowledge, no one who was involved in the writing and performance execution of this memo has been disciplined or fired. Will you conduct an investigation like you talked about, Ms. Bondy, that will get to the bottom of abuses like this? And to be clear, this is an outrageous abuse. It is an outrageous abuse.
One of the worst abuses of Department of Justice and FBI authority in our history. Will you conduct an investigation to find out who signed off on this, who approved it, who advocated for it within the Department of Justice? Will you open the books? on these abuses so that the American people can have confidence in their DOJ?
Fantastic. And will you work with this committee and our relevant subcommittees? I'm going to chair a subcommittee called the Crime and Terrorism Committee. We're going to do our own investigation into what happened here at the FBI and the DOJ. Will you work with us as you discover?
The nature of these abuses, and as you put a stop to them, will you work with us to make sure the American people get all the facts and this never happens again?
That's fantastic. Let me ask you one other question here in my just few seconds that are remaining. This memo, this memo targeting Catholic parishes repeatedly refers to as an expert source, a group called the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Now, the Southern Poverty Law Center has a long history as an anti-religious group that has repeatedly gone after conservative and religious organizations, called them hate groups, called them sometimes terrorist groups. They're cited in this memo. They once infamously, the SPLC, called the Family Research Council a terrorist hate group, and an armed gunman came into their lobby and opened fire.
Will you put a stop to the use of the SPLC? as an official source for any Department of Justice memorandum or finding.
Thank you very much. Congratulations.
As my predecessor said, I condemn anti-Semitism on the right and on the left. I'm an equal opportunity condemner of anti-Semitism. You're alluding to Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson. Yeah, none of them are any good on the right. On the left, I don't like any of these anti-Semites, and I'm not shy about it.
The government, a government, the United States government or the government of France or the government of any other country has the power to rein in anti-Semitism in a much more effective way. And, you know, people say, well, you know, the governments are not in the business of changing the way people think. That's true.
But, you know, to my thinking, most people who are, you know, anti-Semites, most of these people running around, we're not going to win their hearts and minds because they don't have hearts and they don't have minds. So, you know, how are we going to there's no reason to think we're ever going to convince them. But we can deport them. We can put them in jail. We can make their lives miserable.
We can cut off their funding. And that's what the Trump administration is doing for the first time.
I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy. His spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
Is the mayor here, the governor of Maine? Are you not going to comply with it? Well, we are the federal law. Well, you better do it. You better do it because you're not going to get any federal funding at all if you don't. And by the way, your population, even though it's somewhat liberal, although I did very well there, your population doesn't want men playing in women's sports.
Senator, what I can tell you is I will never play politics. You're trying to engage me in a gotcha.
Since Donald Trump has been in office, DEA has seized over 21 million fentanyl pills. That's 21 million lives saved, in my opinion.
Since he's been in office, DEA has taken 22.2 million fentanyl pills off the streets. This is 119 million lives Donald Trump has saved since January. Pretty remarkable. Oh, my God. 119 million?
President Trump, your DOJ agencies have seized more than 22 million fentanyl pills, which say, are you ready for this, media? 258 million lives. 258!
Are you ready for this? Media, 258 million lives. Kids are dying every day.
What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information. But it's pretty sick what that man did.

Senator, it will be my job, if confirmed as attorney general, to make those decisions. Politics will not play a part.
I believe that the Justice Department must be independent and must act independently. The number one job is to enforce the law fairly and even handedly. And that's what will be done if I am confirmed as the attorney general.
I do. Jesse, there are well over, this will make you sick, 200 victims, 200. Well over, over 250 actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims.

Along with his co-defendant.
i do jesse there are well over this this will make you sick 200 victims 200 so we have well over over 250 actually so we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information but other than that i think tomorrow you know the personal information of victims

We got them all by hopefully all of them Friday at 8 a.m., thousands of pages of documents. I have the FBI going through them and cash is also now that we have cash here, it's a game changer, of course. And cash is going to Director Patel is going to get us a detailed report as to why the FBI withheld all of those documents.
And when we redact things, Sean, what we're going to do is not just pull pages out like they used to do. If something's redacted, you will know the line and you will know why it's redacted, the victim's name, identifying information of a victim.
I'm not a flim, but I do look...
Senator, first, I need to clarify something that you said, that I have to sit up here and say these things. No, I don't. I sit up here and speak the truth. I'm not going to sit up here and say anything that I need to say to get confirmed by this body. I don't have to say anything. I will answer the questions to the best of my ability.
Pretty good.
Senator, I think that is the whole problem with the weaponization that we have seen the last four years and what's been happening to Donald Trump. They targeted Donald Trump. They went after him. Actually, starting back in 2016, they targeted his campaign. They have launched countless investigations against him. That will not be the case if I am attorney general. I will not politicize that office.
I will not target people simply because of their political affiliation.
Senator, to cut to the chase, you're clearly talking about Kash Patel. I don't believe he has an enemies list. He made a quote on TV, which I have not heard. I saw your sign or Senator Durbin's sign about Kash. But I know that Kash Patel has had 60 jury trials as a public defender, as a prosecutor. He has great experience in the Intel Department, Department of Defense.
I have known Cash, and I believe that Cash is the right person at this time for this job.
Oh, Senator, I'm sorry. There will never be an enemies list within the Department of Justice.
Senator Hirono, I wish you had met with me. Had you met with me, we could have discussed many things and gotten to know you.
Could you respond to the question? Yeah, you were the only one who refused to meet with me, Senator. But what we would have discussed is that it is the job of the Attorney General to follow the law. I'm very happy to listen to your response.
Right.
That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up to us. The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is international matters, foreign affairs, if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.
Two days, becoming a crew, becoming a team.
Senator, you were speaking. May I speak?
Well, I'd like to answer the previous one, Senator. You pointed your finger at me and said you were speaking. Let me answer my question.
Senator, I'm here to answer your questions. I'm not here to do your homework and study for you. If I am confirmed as Attorney General- You're the one asking for a confirmation vote, ma'am. Hey, you cut me off. Can I please finish?
Senator, Senator, the 14th Amendment we all know addresses birthright citizenship. I have been a state prosecutor. I have been a state AG. I look forward to even given your remarks today, working with you and the people of California, if I am confirmed as the 87th Attorney General of the United States of America. I didn't take your homework assignment. I'm sorry. I was preparing for today.
Senator, what I can tell you is I will never play politics. You're trying to engage me in a gotcha. I won't do it. I won't play politics with any ongoing investigation like you did leaking your colleague Devin Nunes' memo.
It is an existential threat, Senator. Asleep. Also, I have not seen it yet, but from what I've heard about FBI, former FBI Director Gray. Someone in the audience behind Pam. Comments on 60 Minutes regarding China.
Sleeper cells within our own country infiltrating our water systems, our natural gas lines.
So Judge Cano, seemed to be former Judge Cano, got, he got, his charges were just unsealed. He's charged with obstruction. He is charged, he admitted post Miranda. He took one of the TDA members' cell phones, himself, took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked the pieces to a city dumpster to dispose of it to protect him. The wife also is charged with destroying evidence.
Sandra, not only that, this TDA member, and he had on a necklace that said kill, something about death. He had tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims, two. Two victims decapitated, gruesome photos, and he was sending them out. And whoever he was sending them to was sending back to, hey, you need to be careful. You shouldn't be sending these.
You shouldn't be texting these photos out.
He was the leader for the East Coast, one of the top three in the entire country. Right here in Virginia, living half an hour outside of Washington, D.C.,
Early this morning, one of the top leaders of MS-13 was apprehended. He was the leader for the East Coast, one of the top three in the entire country. Right here in Virginia, living half an hour outside of Washington, D.C. He is an illegal alien from El Salvador. and he will not be living in our country much longer.
This is a mandate we have. Right now we have an American dying every seven minutes from a drug overdose. That is a national security crisis we have not seen ever before. We have a woman or child being raped every six and a half minutes in this country. We have a homicide twice an hour. No part of that metric is a safe and secure America.
But thanks to the brave leadership of this administration and the folks that you see here, we are returning our communities to safety.
And to set the stage for you and Sandra, this was truly horrific. This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state prosecutor for domestic violence battery. He had beat up two people, a guy and a girl, beat the guy, hit the guy 30 times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat up a woman so badly they both had to go to the hospital.
And John, you know, it's so rare for victims to want to cooperate. They wanted to cooperate. They were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor. The judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes, charged with committing these crimes, victims in court. Judge finds out.
She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers. She's furious, visibly shaken, upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom. defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out of private exit and tells them to leave while a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.
We'll be doing everything in our power to keep all citizens safe. especially tonight, our Jewish community. Our prayers go out. We have the FBI. All of our federal agencies will work hand in hand with you, Chief, as we have done, and you, Mayor, to do everything we can to keep our citizens safe. We will follow the facts. We will follow the law.
And this defendant, if charged, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Let me start with the Epstein case because there was an expectation that this was going to be bigger. You had the same expectation.
I haven't heard Janet Mills' comment. Governor Mills said it's only a couple trans athletes. Well, I think those are boys who identify as girls wanting to beat girls in girls sports. Well, if one young woman is in jeopardy, one, that's enough for us to be standing up here. One, no boy will be undressing in a girl's locker room. No boy will be walking in a woman's restroom.
And no boy, when we're finished with this, will be beating young girls in sports. These young women have, many of them have trained, what, since you were in elementary school for your sport? Riley, when did you start swimming? Four years old. Four years old. They have trained their entire lives. Some of them have lost scholarships. They have lost regionals. They have lost state because of boys.
I don't care if it's one. I don't care if it's two. I don't care if it's 100. It's going to stop, and it's going to stop in every single state.
Semiconductor tariffs and potentially pharmaceuticals.
That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up to us. The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is international matters, foreign affairs, if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it.
It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies.
Not yet.
I do. Jesse, there are well over, this, this will make you sick, 200 victims, 200. So we have well over, over 250 actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims is,
Other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office.
What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information. But it's pretty sick what that man did.
Along with his co-defendant.
Maryland is safer because he is gone. And that woman that he is married to and that child he had with her, they are safer tonight because he is out of our country and sitting in El Salvador where he belongs.
El Salvador, he is sitting in a prison and every American should be thanking President Trump tonight. And every liberal journalist who has called him a Maryland man and saying he was rightfully in this country should be apologizing tonight to President Trump.
Bill, the most I know about the case, I just learned from you. I saw it on breaking news this morning. This case was sent to us from Bill Pulte. We have not seen it. I inquired right before I walked out here. No one in my office has read it yet. We haven't looked at it. Of course, we'll be reviewing it. You just told me more than I've heard about it so far.
Maryland is safer because he is gone. And that woman that he is married to and that child he had with her, they are safer tonight because he is out of our country and sitting in El Salvador where he belongs.
And China knows that, too, Sean. And as President Trump directed me to say yesterday, it remains true tonight. The ball is in China's court. They need to do business with the United States. They need the best thing on the face of the planet. And that is the American consumer. And we have we are the best place in the world to do business. The rest of the world knows that.
And that's why Japan was here today to negotiate a trade deal.
We have filed charges against Kathy Hochul. We have filed charges against Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV. This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms, like the mom standing right behind me, who you're going to hear from in a moment. New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops.
It stops today. As you know, we sued Illinois and New York didn't listen. So now you're next.
And if you don't comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable. We did it to Illinois, strike one. Strike two is New York. And if you are a state not complying with federal law, you're next, get ready.
Let's play it.
We have people who are locking up on that. We have someone in jail right now from one of the dealerships. They threw a Molotov cocktail through a dealership. They're looking at up to 20 years in prison. So if you're going to touch a Tesla, go to a dealership, do anything, you better watch out because we're coming after you. And if you're funding this, we're coming after you.
We're going to find out who you are.
President Trump has served one full term. He's on his second full term. He's a very smart man. And I wish we could have him for 20 years as our president. But I think he's going to be finished probably after this term. Probably? Well, the Constitution. We'd have to look at the Constitution.
What's happened to our judiciary is beyond me. Yeah. So when when the American public hears this and they think these were once upstanding people in their communities and their professions and they put it all on the line for this. Have you dug into their motive? Like what inspired them to to carry out these acts and harbor criminals?
These judges trying to obstruct your efforts to make this country safer. What is your message to them?
With all due respect, this whole argument about these Venezuelan gang members or people who say they aren't in a gang, but they've got MS-13 and code on their knuckles. To say that, well, whatever. Not everybody. You've also sat here and argued against using tattoos to say if someone's a member of MS-13.
So anyone who has a tie to MS-13 or the government suspects of it, if you tell me that they deserve due process, I'll tell you that I know Lake and Riley's dad, and I would go out and kick every one of them out of this country just because of Lake and Riley. So when Frederica Wilson says something like more people are getting rolled up because of Lake and Riley, you're damn right they are.
Because this whole country saw what happened to Lake and Riley.
It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies.
be safe. This is President Trump's agenda to keep Americans safe, Maria. It's basic public safety. Get these people out of our country as fast as we can. They're not immigrants. They're illegal aliens who are committing the most violent crimes you can imagine on Americans. Murder, rapes, you know, ask the parents of all of these young women who have been violently strangled, raped and murdered.
And we are going to continue to make America safe again because that's President Trump's agenda. Yeah.
The Alien Enemies Act applies today, really, more than ever. You know, old law is often the best law, if you think about the laws that have been on the books for a very long time. We are in modern-day warfare. They have invaded our country, TDA, Tran de Agua. They are organized. They have a command structure. They are sending money to each other throughout the country.
and out of the country back to support their terrorist actions. It's modern day warfare, and we are going to continue to fight that and protect American citizens every single step of the way.
Well, you know, we're looking at so much on this. There have been three federal charges so far, and I say so far. We are looking at all of these cases across the country. We have a dedicated task force. These are not isolated incidents, as you know, and these aren't vandals. These are Molotov cocktails. You know, that could be a weapon of mass destruction. Wow.
that they're throwing in Tesla dealerships, that they're lighting these Tesla charging stations on fire that are in residential neighborhoods. I mean, it could cause tremendous damages and people need to know the three people in custody right now, they will receive severe and swift consequences and they are facing up to 20 years in prison.
Sure, President. First and foremost, he was illegally in our country. He had been illegally in our country. And in 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court, ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and he was illegally in our country. Right now, it was additional paperwork that needed to be done. That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up to us.
The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is international matters, foreign affairs, if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.
So, look, James O'Keefe got that video.
The FBI, they're reviewing, there are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn. And there are hundreds of victims and no one victim will ever get released. It's just the volume. And that's what they're going through right now. The FBI is diligently going through that. I haven't seen that statement, but I'll call him later and find out.
It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president. Not yet. Now, she was forced
Jesse, I don't know anything about what you're saying about James Comey right now.
Don't know anything about that.
So we have well over over 250, actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims will. Other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office.
What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot a lot of information. But it's it's pretty sick what that man did.
No, I've heard about it through clips, but no, Senator, I've not heard it.
I would have to listen to the tape, Senator.
Do you have the entire context of that call? I feel like it was much longer than that and may have been taken out of context.
Senator, I have not listened to the hour-long conversation, but it's my understanding that is not what he asked him to do.
On stage, we have, this is 180 kilograms. It represents, not real, of fentanyl, okay? So this is one, this represents one kilo of fentanyl.
President, your first 100 days has far exceeded that of any other presidency in this country. Ever. Ever. Never seen anything like it. Thank you. Your directive to me was very simple.
lawsuits filed against us. That should be the constitutional crisis right there.
We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York. We have filed charges against Kathy Hochul. We have filed charges against Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV. This is a new DOJ.
If there was ever a death case, this is one. This guy is charged with hunting down a CEO, a father of two, a married man, hunting him down and executing him.
But then she actually went on Fox News and she was saying, I was receiving death threats for seeking the death penalty on someone who is charged with an execution of a CEO. We're going to continue to do the right thing. We're not going to be deterred. The president's directive was very clear. We are to seek the death penalty when possible.
What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information. It's pretty sick what that man did.
The law is the law, sir. The law is the law.
We are hearing a lot about fraud, waste and abuse, a lot of waste and abuse, but there is a tremendous amount of fraud. And Elon, thank you for your partnership. Thank you for your team. You have uncovered so much fraud in our government and we will prosecute you. We have an internal task force now working with every agency sitting here at this table.
And if you've committed fraud, we're coming after you. Thank you, Elon, for that. There you go. On the violent crime level. Thanks to President Trump's directive, we are seeking the death penalty.
Today, the Department of Justice is announcing a civil lawsuit against the Maine Department of Education. The state of Maine is discriminating against women by failing to protect women in women's sports. Pretty basic stuff. This is a violation of Title IX. The Department of Justice will not sit by when women are discriminated against in sports. This is about sports.
This is also about these young women's personal safety. I met many of these women throughout the past weeks and months, and what they have been through is horrific. We have exhausted every other remedy. We tried to get Maine to comply. We don't like standing up here and filing lawsuits. We want to get states to comply with us. That's what this is about.
We have repeatedly notified Maine of its infractions and urged them to remedy the situation to protect women. We've stripped grants from Maine through other departments. And we are going to continue to fight for women.
I've made it clear, if you take part in the wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, we will find you, arrest you, and put you behind bars. Today, I am proud to announce that the Department of Justice has unsealed federal charges against another Tesla attacker. We've charged Cooper Frederick in the firebombing of a Tesla dealership that occurred on March 7th in Loveland, Colorado.
All of these cases are a serious threat to public safety. Therefore, there will be no negotiating. We are seeking 20 years in prison. The crime was committed in Colorado, and thanks to the great investigative work by the FBI, the defendant was arrested in Plano, Texas. Let this be a warning. You can run, but you cannot hide. Justice is coming.
Senator Hirono, I wish you had met with me. Had you met with me, we could have discussed many things and gotten to know each other. I am listening to you now. Could you respond? to the question. Yeah, you were the only one who refused to meet with me, Senator. But what we would have discussed is that it is the job of the Attorney General to follow the law.
I'm very happy to listen to your responses.
Senator, I have not looked at any of those files. If confirmed, I will look at the files.
I will look at every file I am asked to look at.
Can I answer the question? I would have plenty of staff. You said, of course you want?
I'm not going to mislead this body, nor you.
here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York.
It stops. It stops today.
for victims to want to cooperate? They wanted to cooperate. They were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor. The judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes, charged with committing these crimes, victims in court. Judge finds out. She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers.
She's furious, visibly shaken, upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom, you're not going to believe this, takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out of private exit and tells them to leave while a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.
Don't you find it very interesting that they attempted to prosecute the president for having documents in the most secure place in the world other than the White House, Mar-a-Lago, and he had the security clearance to take them. Yet Joe Biden, who had no security clearance to take them at the time, had them in his garage with his drug addict son going in and out of his garage.
Yet what did they say about him?
Frail, frail old man. But listen, Donald Trump and I have not talked about that at all. This is not about targeting. This is what they do to us. This is not about targeting. This is not about weaponization. This is about keeping America safe and going forward and prosecuting violent criminals. If you committed a crime in this country, no one is above the law. I will say that.
No one is above the law.
So glad you brought that up.
Sure. And Emil, who has done an incredible job, he worked on this case. He looked at this case. It was an incredibly weak case filed to make deportation harder. That's why they did it. They took one of the biggest mayors in the country off the playing field in order to Protect their sanctuary city. This case, it was so incredibly weak.
It was about increases in airline tickets, upgrades in airline tickets in his official capacity without getting into all the details of the fact. I don't even think it could survive a verdict. Excuse me. Incredibly weak case. That is the weaponization of government. That's lawfare filing. That's lawfare.
You know, the volume, Senator, what concerned me the most, it's the volume. of how bad it was. And it still is. We're working on it. It's day by day by day. But we've got a team of great people. And on day one, I issued 14 executive orders. And number one is the weaponization ends, and it ends now. And that's what we did.
when you're filing cases like that to keep someone who criticized Joe Biden, who said they took away his security clearance so he could not get the details, so he could not help enforce the deportation efforts in New York. And, you know, these people are going after him. Ride a subway in New York. It's not safe. Violent crime is at an all-time high, and that's what they're doing.
So it's not about weaponization. It's about ending their weaponization of the government and fighting violent crime and enabling cities like New York and mayors like Eric Adams to enforce Donald Trump's immigration policies.
There's a lot I can't talk about now. But very publicly, I think you've seen a lot happen. A lot is happening every day. Our great men and women in law enforcement are out there. It's a joint effort with our office and with Kristi Noem. And again, we all work so well together, whether it's Mike Walsh.
I think people don't understand this.
Vital and crucial. And Mike Watts and Christy, we're on the phone with each other all the time. And to change the topic just a little bit, just to give you an example, Lee Zeldin, a dear friend of mine.
On President's Day.
EPA, Lee Zeldin, great administrator of EPA. I'm on the phone hours with Scott Besson, our Secretary of Treasury, and Lee Zeldin. And, you know, we've seen, thanks to Elon Musk, my buddy's great work.
And it's been reported, look what they're doing at EPA, I'm changing the subject a little bit, but they're giving out billions of dollars after Joe Biden lost the election, trying to push this money out the door.
As I said, gold bars.
Let's throw all the gold bars off the ship.
And we're stopping them. We're stopping them in real time. We're going after them. But it's because we all pick up the phone and we talk directly to each other.
So we're able to work together, you know, talk to Marco Rubio and look at the men like Steve Witkoff out there, Rick Grinnell, what they're doing, working with Marco and Mike Watson, all the great, the people that they're saving around the world. And that's thanks to one man, Donald Trump. He put all of us in these positions because he believes in us and trusts us.
You go nonstop, and I jokingly said it felt like 15 years, because you're working seven days a week nonstop, and we're all working with each other. Everything we do, it overlaps, and especially with Department of Justice, especially, too, with all this money going out, the USAID, all of these agencies, and we're going to be helping all these agencies.
But you just hit the ground running, literally. And... Don't look back. I don't look at what time of day it is. I don't think I've slept in 15 days. But you don't want to. And then when you find out about this human trafficking ring that was just broken up, that's why we're all doing what we're doing. And you just keep going forward.
And our directive from our boss is so easy, especially on my end, make America safe. And so you just don't, Senator, you don't even, my hardest thing now is I forget to eat. You forget what time it is. And it's 6 o'clock at night, and I'm, why do I have a headache? Because I haven't eaten today. Mm-hmm. But you're going nonstop. And it's not me. It's an entire team. I've got Chad Mizell.
I've got Emil. I've got Todd Blanche, thank goodness, coming in. And we've got Kash Patel now. So they better look out.
He has trusted all of us in all of our various capacities and all the different roles we have, whether it's education or agriculture, all the cabinet labor, all of the different cabinet secretaries, just to go out and do the best we can and And we want to make all of you proud. And we want to fulfill his directive to make our country great. That man sure didn't need that job.
A lot of them.
He's a good friend of mine. And I love during my confirmation hearing when they get on me because they say I'm friends with Donald Trump. Yes, I'm very. No, I'm not friends with him. I'm good friends with him. And I'm very proud to work for him.
We have an October 7th task force that we started, and we will protect you. When I was just a citizen, before I had this job, what you said, I'm watching these, these aren't peaceful protests. We all believe in peaceful protest. Oh, I'm sorry, unless you're a liberal and you don't want a parent to quietly pray outside an abortion clinic, or you're a Catholic, or a parent at a school board, they're
I'm screaming at my TV watching these violent protests since October 7th. You're watching this happen, and all of our students deserve to be saved. First of all, these students who are here on visas, who are threatening our American students, need to be kicked out of this country. Amen.
It's pretty basic, isn't it?
Pretty much everything. I don't sleep at night anymore. Of course, everything we talked about, the drugs, the cartels, the great, maybe I'll get a little sleep tonight based on the arrests that were just made, the children that are being trafficked, things that have been so personal to me since I was a state prosecutor and then since I was state attorney general.
Now you just get to help people on a bigger level, which is pretty cool to get to do that. But most recently, it's really been... what Elon has been uncovering. And the USAID, the waste at EPA, this money, trillions of dollars, they believe, just being handed out, which is most likely making a round trip And going to terrorist organizations.
Two words. We're winning. But yeah, so you've got one— I like that answer. One unelected district judge trying to tell President Trump, who was elected overwhelmingly by the American people, where federal funds can go. We're winning. Even in liberal courts, by the way, Senator, we're winning. And if not, we're going to go all the way to the Supreme Court and keep winning.
Their core function. And that's thanks to Donald J. Trump getting back in office. And he gave us a clear directive. Make America safe. And that's what we're going to do. You know, to start with, the law enforcement agencies talking about cash. These men and women didn't go to Quantico. They're not risking their lives to waste their time on all this politicization. And raiding Mar-a-Lago, really?
Thank you, my friend. And thank you for fighting for us every day.
Stopping. All of that is stopping. And we are returning them to their core function, fighting violent crime. And that's what the great majority of men and women in law enforcement, DEA, ATF, U.S. Marshals, FBI, as well as the incredible legal team at the Justice Department, that's what they want to do.
I do. I do. And the press really even out yet. Joint Task Force Alpha that we elevated once we came in office. It's with the Department of Justice and the FBI. And we work hand in hand with Homeland Security. Kristi Noem is awesome. We all work so well together. Joint Task Force Alpha just made a huge arrest in Juarez, Mexico. They were headed to Texas, to El Paso, human smuggling. Yeah, huge.
That's why we do what we do every day. That's why these agents risk their lives every single day. It's human smuggling, and a lot of children, a lot of children, they're saying, are safer because of this.
Well, Stephen Miller is doing a great job as we are, right? Leading this effort with all of us, Mike Waltz at DOD, we all work so well together, and it gives us the ability, they are a terrorist group, and it gives us the ability to go after them more ability anywhere in the world and treat them as terrorists. They are terrorists.
So these guys never invite me to be on their podcast. They finally did, and I get to do it in front of all of you. So this is awesome.
If you're bringing fentanyl into this country and killing our kids, you're a terrorist, and we're coming after you.
So angry. You know, I was state AG before I became United States Attorney General. And fentanyl was really just coming on the market. And now with this horrible open border policy just flowing, flowing across our borders, and killing kids, killing adults every single day. And it's criminal that no one was doing anything to stop it.
I can't comprehend how any administration, progressive nor conservative, how any administration could tolerate that and let that happen. And it ended day one with Donald Trump when he shut that border. I was at the border back in September. I went with Laura Trump and Morgan Ortegas. And we were in Yuma, Arizona, and I saw firsthand there is nothing humanitarian that was happening at that border.
Nothing, nothing. They have a rape tree where they're raping women as they're coming into this country. I saw firsthand piles and piles of passports just thrown from every country you can imagine because the Biden administration was letting you walk right in the country. If you didn't have a passport, they said they saw Asian Chinese individuals saying, oh, we're from Cuba.
So they wrote down there from Cuba and had to let them legally walk right in under that administration. But the drugs, the trafficking, I learned a new term, disposable child. The Customs, the Border Patrol agents told me that they saw a little boy and they kept recognizing the same little boy over and over and over coming in.
Because if you came into our country as a family unit, they just let you walk right in. This little child was being trafficked. Now how they were getting him back to Mexico is beyond me. But they were bringing him time and time again. He wasn't their family, so who knows what happened to his parents.
He's a great man.
The border, closing our borders, which is what we've done. Donald Trump has closed our border. But now, of course, we all know we have so many of these illegal aliens, fighting-age men, ages 18 to 35, in our country, walking around our country. And President Trump has given a strong directive on that.
Thank you.
It's a huge risk, and we all know how bad it is now. And that's what Donald Trump is committed to do, is to take these people out of our country, to prosecute them, to deport them, to get them off our streets. And that's what all of these law enforcement agencies are doing.
You know, Lake and Riley, of course, that beautiful young woman, University of Georgia, Lake and Riley is probably the most prominent name. But look how many Lake and Riley's are out there. One victim is too many. Jocelyn Numbury, Rachel Moran. Right, right.
It feels like 15 years.
Well, our message is very clear. I sued Illinois first, Chicago first day, first day, and I gave a very strong warning. If you don't comply with the law, you're next. And guess who didn't listen? New York. Kathy Hochul got sued. They all got sued in New York. And if you don't follow the law, you're going to be next because we are going to get violent criminals off our streets.
Yes, isn't that great? Been on the phone with him nonstop.
And you know, Senator, it's more than that. They're endangering the lives of our great men and women in law enforcement. That's what people don't understand. When you're hiding illegal aliens from law enforcement, you're endangering their lives. It's going to stop.
It's worse. You inherited chaos. Worse meaning, yeah, that department had completely lost its mission of fighting violent crime. Look what they did to President Trump. Look at the weaponization. And weaponization ended. And the deep state is very real. I think all of you in this room know that. It's very real. And people trying to undermine everything you're doing.
You know, three weeks into it, I went in one department and found huge 20 by 20 glossies of Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and Kamala Harris still hanging up in my office. They're gone. They're gone. They're gone. And guess what's replacing it? A very handsome photo of a man, Donald Trump.
That one. That one, okay, I like that one. That one's right in replacing. But I make light of that, but that's what's happening. You know, he had been in office three weeks, and the deep state still had those pictures hanging. And to me, that's defiant, it's insubordination, not going to happen.
But what we said, most people, the majority of the people are great people who went to law school, became prosecutors, became law enforcement agents, to fight crime.
Career.
It means everything. And the drug epidemic, you know, the fentanyl just flowing into our country now, the terrorists, the gangs, TDA, Trans Day Agua, MS-13, all of the gangs who are now terrorist organizations. We've got to stop them. And that's why we do what we do. And we all have to work together. And working with Homeland Security has been great, too.
That's top priority, and that's Donald Trump's top priority, to find these victims and to save them. And that's what I don't, I truly can't comprehend how any administration would let that happen and not care. And that's what we're all fighting for. You know, you say, when you take a job with this incredible volume, you think, How do you do it? How do you focus every day?
And you do it by saying, if I can save one life, it's worth it.
But it compounds. That's how you start off. One life.
We believe these are organized. These are not individuals out there throughout the country doing this on their own. They're targeting Tesla owners. They're targeting Tesla dealerships. They're targeting Elon Musk, who is out there trying to save our country, and it will not be tolerated. We are coming after you. We will find you.
Well, first, it was sensitive information, not classified and inadvertently released. And what we should be talking about is it was a very successful mission. Our world is now safer because of that mission.
