The language is just the map.

And everything we do now with large language models uh and with mathematics in general is to scrap the surface and pretend that that is an optimized reality where it's not, because meaning is uh hidden.

Now when you think about that uh

there's I said before, how do you really convey what you have inside yourself, what's really is the landscape, knowing that the other person can only see the map?

Well, you make the map uh

Fancier to read, you start making a Google map more interactive, right?

You make it 3D, you add the colors.

So you're becoming more emphatic, right?

In trying to convey the message.

And I said before, maybe you sing a song, an Italian song, opera, right?

And and and that's where you try to convey more meaning compared to what language can in its essence uh allow you to do.

I give you an example.

I was once in uh the London Opera House and uh I was watching I think it was La Traviata.

Don't remember uh exactly those sentences, but

The the tenor was singing something like you're like a bird that uh flies across um close to the flowers and delivers, uh, you know.

And and the sentence was I love you, translated.

That was very synthetic, right?

But I love you can be very synthetic, but

You know, and and get that ex sam uh expression, you know, can convey way more meaning.

So like poetry is rich of meaning.
