Northwest Indiana.

He is leading the Northwest Indiana Sports Commission, and they're all systems go right now.

And really, it sounds like the site that they're really looking at is near the Hard Rock in Gary along 8094.

And the thing he mentioned to me, he said, if you think about the distance from downtown, this is closer than Arlington Heights.

what i was told by the bears was that there have not been substantive conversations yet and then the state representative told me it's not his little agenda to call them today or tomorrow to start talking saw the governor of indiana mike braun basically say let's get going let's work on this right now we're a pro-business state we want to attract them here now when i asked the representative of indiana is the state willing to give them subsidies tax breaks

The things that they're looking for here in Illinois, and they would not commit to that.

And basically, they said, look, we want we want the business here.

We want the bears here.

It's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

But we got to talk about how we protect taxpayers of Indiana.

So it's no guarantee that Indiana lawmakers are going to roll out the red carpet and say, here, we'll build half your stadium.

Politically, it's unpalatable on both sides of the aisle.

But it seems like they're going to have a very serious proposal here for the bears to consider.
