Remember, you know, the McCaskey's, as you know, had already bought that land.
Ted Phillips negotiated the deal.
A lot of people think he overpaid.
And McCaskey did not make a precondition for Warren.

But, you know, we got this land.
And the caveat is we were going Arlington Heights that no ifs, ands, or buts.
They didn't do that.
