We'll bond out the construction here backed by future amusement tax revenue that the city will be getting or future, I don't know, hotel tax revenue or something like that.

I mean, this is now local taxpayer dollars that are now going to be at play.

And yeah, in Indiana, they've talked about hiking liquor taxes and hiking tolls and whatever.

Like, people are going to pay for this.
