It's taught me a lot.

It's taught me that, um, that, you know, for as unpredictable as marriage is, nine times out of 10, you can find a solution through listening.

These are things not only that I've taught, but things that I do.

For instance, as I tell people, rush to reconcile.

Don't allow yourself to let disagreements fester.

Yeah, it makes no difference who's the first person to recognize it.

Whenever there's a disagreement, you rush to make sure you do whatever is possible to discuss the thing.

I mean, some people say, well, we're just going to take space.

We're just going to take some time.

No, I do not believe in that.

I just don't.

I believe that if you're heated, if you're really, really hot, okay, fine.
