I had been fasting before then.
And usually when you are fasting, there must be a theme for the fast.
There must be a scripture or something like that.
So this was your first fast?
Well, that was not my first fast.
No, yeah, okay.
I mean, but a real indefinite one.
In my mind, my first indefinite fast.
So I was thinking about, Lord, so what scripture should I use?
And I wasn't fighting God at all because that experience... Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You were there.
You knew.
Yeah, did it for me.
Well, then I saw a car...
drove in, a man and a wife came out, and they said, gentlemen, can we interfere with your thoughts a little bit?
I said, yeah.
And they said, we paid for a friend for lunch, but at the last hour, he canceled on us.
Will you join us at this business luncheon?
And I said, okay.
So right there, I knew God said, not today.
