But the people up north, they're the ones who are going to have real trouble.

I mean, as a kid, I grew up in Fort Nelson.

And even then, the winters were bad, even with daylight savings.

I think from a biological perspective, daylight savings is better.

Not a lot, it has to do with your direction of travel.

So when you travel like Carolina, for example, when they travel from the East Coast to the West Coast, it's in a circadian advantage for them.

And when the West Coast teams go East, it's a disadvantage to them.

And that shows up in every league, every sports league in North America.

And so it's the time zone crossings that matter a lot and the timing of the games.

So Vancouver goes to New York and they play a 10 a.m.

game.

It gets messed up.

It's really bad for them.

Why is that?

Okay, so I'll give you an example.

You go from Vancouver to Toronto, and you leave Vancouver at noon.

You fly to Toronto, you're there at six or seven o'clock at night.
