Their subs bench, this was one of the poorest subs benches I've seen Donegal with, and they got no impact off the subs last week.

That's great.

For example, last year against Kerry in the All-Ireland final, they couldn't react to Kerry, to Paddy Clifford's role or whatever like that.

Great teams can read and adapt to situations.

Donegal are slow on that.

And then you look at little small reasons why they lost.

Since Paddy McBreatley retired and Kieran Thompson is out with an injury, they have no left-footed free taker.

I was surprised.
