Bamboon is not a particularly big town.
It's no surprise that you wouldn't have heard about it.
It's a population of around eighty thousand.
So decent size for an Australian town.
It's sort of a Wagga Wagga and a half or a Wagga Wagga Wagga, but not particularly.
It's in Tarlac in the province of Tarlac, just up in the North Island.
The main island of Philippines.

So it's not a particularly well off town.
Fairly undeveloped when we're talking 2021.
It had a bridge that played a big part in a war, but not the kind of big part that makes international visitors come visit.
