And like one of those things that I found with my own kids, they loved it.
There's a lot of eating in that book.
There's a lot of food and, you know, hunger.
And Pooh's main concern really is getting honey.
So I think kids identify with all of that.
And I love the idea, too, that he wrote it as, you know, an escape from the world he was in with war and all of that.
And today it's an escape for children from the digital world, the online world and the chaos.
that adults create all around children.
You know, it is still that.
It's like a little capsule of childhood preserved and innocence preserved.
And we wanted ourselves, Ciara, as well, I think, you know, whether you had an idyllic childhood, and if you did, which is wonderful, reading Winnie the Pooh brings you back there
You know, to long summer days, playing in the forest, throwing sticks in the river.
But if you never had that idyllic childhood, I think you can read Winnie the Pooh and it is a comfort.
And it gives you an alternative to a reality that you might have experienced.
So I think A.A.
Milne was extraordinarily clever.
The fact that it still resonates with us today is because it's such good storytelling.
